3. Processing of Essay Text
Essay text you submit is sent to third-party large language model providers strictly to produce the feedback you requested. We do not sell your essays, and we do not use your essay content to train public AI models.

We share data only with vetted processors that help us run the Service — hosting, database, authentication, AI inference, payments, and email delivery. Each processor is bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@assistmate.tech.
